# I can't complete the questionnaire

When something is missing, the questionnaire is not submitted and the page returns to the first problematic question. Check these points.

## What to check

- **Required question unanswered.** Look for the question marked as **Required question**. For checkbox questions, select at least one.
- **Format.** Email, link, and dates must be complete and in the requested format. **Invalid email** or **Invalid URL** appears when they are not.
- **Required attachment.** Wait for the file to finish uploading before proceeding. Accepted files are documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TXT), images (JPG, PNG, GIF), and compressed files, up to 200 MB.
- **"Does not apply" or "I do not have this document."** These buttons only appear when the company has enabled them. If a required question does not apply to you and these options are not available, contact the company.
- **"Check if one or more fields are correctly filled!"** Some answers were not saved. Review the questions and tap **Finish and submit** again.

## Tips

- Use the updated Google Chrome. For long questionnaires, prefer a computer.
- Do not close the questionnaire page halfway: each resumption may use an attempt.

## If it continues

Open a ticket in **Report an error** > **Video and questionnaire issues**, with the job title, question number, and a screenshot. If the deadline is near, also notify the company: only they can extend it.
