# Which files can I upload during admission?

- **Documents**: JPG, PNG, or PDF. PDFs can be up to about 9.8 MB; photos are automatically compressed before upload.
- **Your face photo**: take the photo on the spot (**Take photo**) or upload JPG or PNG up to 5 MB.
- Password-protected PDFs are not accepted. You will see **The file is password protected, remove it and try again**.
- Photos in HEIC (some iPhones format) are not accepted: upload in JPG or PNG.

## For a good photo

- Whole document, no cuts, good lighting, and no glare.
- Front and back, when the company requests it.
- Do not photograph the screen of another device.

## If the file won’t upload

Check the format and size and try again, preferably on Wi-Fi. If you see **Could not upload the file, check if the file is corrupted**, generate the file again.
