# How do I report an error on the site?

## Before opening a ticket

1. Refresh the page.
2. Use the updated Google Chrome. On mobile, open the site through the browser.
3. Clear the browser cache and try again.
4. Check your internet connection and, if possible, try on another device.

## In the ticket

1. In the [Help Center](https://unimedcascavel.empregare.com/pt-br/ajuda), click on **Open ticket** and choose **Report an error** and the category: **Problems with video and questionnaire**, **Error sending resume**, **Error logging in**, or **Other errors**.
2. Explain what you were doing, what appeared on the screen, and when it happened.
3. Provide the job link or code, if applicable.
4. Write the error message exactly as it appeared and, if possible, send a screenshot of the entire screen.

The browser and device you use will be included with the ticket.

## Deadline approaching

If the error prevents a questionnaire or an application with a deadline, also notify the company offering the job: only they can extend the deadline or allow a new attempt.
